“The Neighborhood” is a space for homeschooling groups of up to 20 children to gather, grow, and explore together. With over 2,000 indoor square feet, Restroom Access within the classrooms, and access to a 1-acre fenced in Outdoor Play Area, this space is ideal for small co-op groups to gather.

Group Membership in “The Neighborhood” includes the following:
*A variety of consumable supplies such as construction paper, paint, glue and more
*Access for each of your co-op families to our “Lending Library” which contains hundreds of books, games, puzzles and more
*An entire space set up for children to have social experiences and create lasting friendships.
A major benefit of this space is a sliding door which can divide the area into two separate 1,000 square foot spaces. This creates the ideal situation for families with children who are both younger and older. The younger children can play and interact while the older children can do projects or more advanced activities in the room next door, allowing parents to help supervise and assist all of their children, keeping the family together.

Our goal is to create a community of small homeschooling groups which also come together for larger projects/events such as a Community Garden, Makers Fair where children can show and sell their creative works, and more.

The following time blocks are available for rental:
Mondays : 1pm to 4pm
Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays: 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm
Cost for membership use of this space is $720 per 3-hour time block, per month. Each homeschooling group may split the cost between their co-op families as works best.
